A link connected to the Iowa Department of Correction (DOC) prisons and most Iowa county jails. Through this link, victims can check on line or call by phone to search information regarding an offender's custody status and register to receive a telephone call or email notification when an offender's custody status changes.

The Sheriff's Office has designated the parking lot and front lobby of the Public Safety building as a Safe Exchange Zone for transactions made online.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has installed a Prescription Drug Drop Box on the outside of the sheriff's office building by the front door.

Drug Testing Kits

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has free Quick Screen Drug Screening Kits available for parents whom are concerned about their child's wellbeing. These kits provide only a preliminary test result and a more specific testing method can only be provided by a physician in order to obtain confirmed analytical result.

A Child is Missing

A Child is Missing

A public service funded by federal and state grants, private corporations, individuals, and fundraisers. The program focuses on where the person was last seen in the community. A computer is used to canvas the neighborhood and place thousands of phone calls with a recorded message to help find missing children, elderly with Alzheimer's or disabled individuals.

ATLAS is a Christ-centered ministry that provides personal development services to individuals and families who are hurting for a variety of reasons. ATLAS works with churches and resource organizations to meet the emotional, financial, physical and spiritual needs of people.

Bicycle Registration

Bicycle Registration

Free Bicycle Registration is available for all residents of Osceola County. A numbered decal will enable our office to identify your bicycle in the event it is lost or stolen. Print out the Osceola County Bicycle Registration Form, and bring the form and bicycle to our office to complete the registration process.

Relay Iowa

Providing full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech impaired. Communication Assistants process and relay conversations electronically, over a Text Telephone (TTY) or verbally to hearing parties.
