72-1 Sheriff Doug Weber

 

Sheriff Weber has been with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office since 1979 as a Patrol Deputy.  He was promoted to First Deputy in 1989 and as Chief Deputy in 1998.  Sheriff Weber took office on January 1, 2005.  Sheriff Weber holds a Bachelor of Science  degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University, and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement from North Iowa Community College.  Sheriff Weber is a graduate of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy, the National Sheriff’s Institute, and the Iowa Law Enforcement Intelligence Network.  Sheriff Weber is currently on the Western Iowa Technical College Advisory Board concerning Law Enforcement issues.
